Derek & Jen are one of my September weddings.  We got scratched up, eaten by bugs, hot and sweaty… and it all ended up being worth it.  It may not have been glamorous in real life, but the pictures look it.  Sometimes that’s how it goes!

Field and flowers, these were our objectives.  I don’t think I knew how lovely this field was going to be at this time when we set off.  I knew I have liked it in the past, but there was something about it in particular today that was just so beautiful that it made me very excited when I pulled up to shoot.  Whitney’s mom and sister came along with us and you couldn’t have more supportive company, they ooo’d and awww’d and kept us all in a great mood!

Alright, as the world (the bride especially) anxiously await, I am done with my editing on the previously teased wedding.  I figured I would share some more of my favorites.  It’s really hard to even pick with these guys anyway, as they are just so darn photogenic.  So without further ado…

Ah!  I’ve been so busy, so very very busy.  All I feel I’ve been doing is shooting, so consequently the prints are coming along more slowly.  I am grateful, don’t get me wrong, and it’s so fun to do!

For the moment I’m just going to tease this wedding…  and it’s going to be a tease.  I don’t think it’s fair that two people should be so gorgeous.  It’s really just not right, someone call the police…kidding.  But guys, sorry she’s taken… see what I mean below.
